The problem it solves
Ordinary live-support boxes are either an empty form or a generic bot that knows nothing about the hotel. A guest asks “15–18 July, 2 people, how much?” and gets “please check our reservation page” in return — then closes the tab.
How it works
- Live price query: the hotel's reservation engine is queried in the background with the dates and party size.
- Alternatives when full: it suggests the nearest available dates with real prices.
- To a human at the right moment: it connects an undecided guest to WhatsApp, the call centre or email.
- 8 languages, auto-detected.
